It's my turn to ask the question...

What is your favorite kitchen utensil?
Please note, I've said UTENSIL and not APPLIANCE. There's a difference. While it was my avocado slicer that prompted this post, it's my egg separator that prompted me to photograph it in action.

Ooooh, good question! I don't use it very often, but I do enjoy my stainless steel ice cream scoop. I have a small one that I use whenever I make cookies, so they're all the same size. Duh ;) I've also used it for muffins, and more recently for "two-bite brownies." Yes, I got that idea from you, Jenni -- thanks! I brought them to the competition this week and the kids loved them!
